.DISCUSSION...Clear skies and cold northerly outflow winds continue through the
day with some upper level clouds passing overhead. Wind speeds
will generally diminish somewhat through the day on Thursday as
the pressure gradient weakens before strengthening again beginning
late Thursday night and Friday, and then lasting through Saturday.
Wind direction will be generally out of the NE, though local
topographic influences could result in some variability in direction.
Anticipate gusty conditions at times, especially during the
morning hours on Thursday.
