.DISCUSSION...Low pressure over the gulf will maintain chances
of rain over SE AK through the first half of the weekend. Drier
weather is expected for Sunday into Monday, before rain returns
later in the week. Winds will remain on the lower side, and
minimum RHs will be in the 60s with the exception of the Haines
and Klondike Highways where they will drop in the 40s.
