The heaviest rainfall has pushed out of the area and rainfall will
continue to diminish through the rest of tonight.  Although rivers
will remain elevated, after coordinating with local officials and
the River Forecast Center, flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures and report
any flooding issues to law enforcement officials.
