...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM AKST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected.

* WHERE...Dalton Highway Summits.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could
  cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Recent heavy snow across the region will
  combine with gusty winds Thursday to produce blowing snow and
  low visibilities along portions of the Dalton Highway..

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

The latest road conditions can be obtained by calling 5 1 1.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Periods of snow, sleet,
  and light freezing rain will create slick road conditions.
  Additional snow accumulations of 3 inches. A light glaze of
  ice possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Southern Denali Borough including the Parks Highway
  from Cantwell to Mckinley Park.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
