.SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC WATERS...
Low pressure over the eastern Beaufort Sea extending from a 970 mb
low over the eastern Canadian Archipelago will weaken today. This
will begin to move off to the east Sunday morning. High pressure
will begin to develop from the south and will persist until Monday
night.
