.DISCUSSION...Sunny, breezy, and dry conditions continue today after yesterday
night`s cold front passage. Expect increasing cloud cover on Monday as a front
from a stable system from the Bering Sea makes its way into the Interior. Rain
chances will begin Monday late evening, though dry NE winds at the surface
will make it difficult for any rainfall to reach the ground. At this time the
most likely scenario looks to be a brief period of rainfall (non-wetting) overnight
Monday night into Tuesday with precip mainly remaining to the south over the
Tanana Flats Monday night and Tuesday. Temperatures warm back into the low to
mid 60s Wednesday through the end of this week.
