* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Kobuk River at Kobuk.

* WHEN...Until noon AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poorly drained areas.
  The old road is flooded and water levels are near new road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 921 PM AKDT, the public has reported minor flooding in
    Kobuk. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen since
    Monday. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
    possible through Friday.
