* WHAT...Water levels rising 5 to 7 feet above the normal high
  tide line.

* WHERE...Western Arctic Coast.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Wednesday to 4 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels in Point Hope will rise 5 to
  7 feet above the normal high tide line beginning Wednesday
  morning. Peak water levels will arrive late Wednesday evening
  into Thursday morning (6 PM to 6 AM) then receed gradually
  through Thursday night/Friday morning. Water levels won`t
  return to near normal until Friday afternoon at the earliest.
  This rise is being caused by west-northwest winds around 25 to
  35 mph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

* WHAT...Water levels rising 4 to 6 feet above the normal high
  tide line.

* WHERE...Northwest Arctic Coast.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Wednesday to 4 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels in Wainwright will rise 4 to
  6 feet above the normal high tide line beginning Wednesday
  afternoon. Peak water levels will arrive late Wednesday night
  into Thursday morning (11 PM to 6 AM) then receed gradually
  through Thursday night/Friday morning. Water levels won`t
  return to near normal until Friday afternoon at the earliest.
  This rise is being caused by west-northwest winds around 25 to
  35 mph.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels in Utqiagvik/Point Barrow
  will rise 2 to 4 feet above the normal high tide line
  beginning Wednesday afternoon. Peak water levels will arrive
  late Wednesday night into Thursday morning (1 AM to 5 AM) then
  receed gradually through Thursday night. Water levels won`t
  return to near normal until Friday. This rise is being caused
  by west- northwest winds around 25 to 35 mph.

* WHAT...Water levels rising 5 to 8 feet above the normal high
  tide line.

* WHERE...Kivalina and Red Dog Dock.

* WHEN...From 10 PM Tuesday to 4 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels as high as 8 feet can
  produce coastal flooding and significant erosion, especially
  on the north end of Kivalina. West-southwest winds on
  Wednesday, then northwest on Thursday, sustained around 25 to
  40 mph have been known to cause damage and coastal flooding in
  the Village of Kivalina in the past. The school and the tank
  farms in Kivalina are currently at risk of being impacted due
  to coastal flooding.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Wednesday to 4 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coastal flooding is likely to occur with
  water levels as high as 9 feet above the normal high tide
  line. This will rival, or surpass last years flooding event.
  The highest water levels are expected to be from Wednesday
  afternoon through Thursday afternoon (4 PM to 4 PM). The winds
  will initially come from from the southwest Tuesday evening
  through Thursday morning, then shift northwest and weaken
  through Friday morning.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Wednesday to 4 AM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coastal flooding is likely to occur with
  water levels as high as 7 feet above the normal high tide
  line. The highest water levels are expected to be from
  Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon (4 PM to 4 PM).
  The winds will initially come from from the west-southwest
  Tuesday evening through Thursday morning, then shift northwest
  and weaken through Friday morning.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Tuesday to 4 PM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Shishmaref will have several high tides
  to go through between Wednesday and Thursday. Water levels
  initially rise from the lagoon side on Wednesday, the the
  winds shift northwest on Thursday leading to water approaching
  from the north. The highest water is expected Wednesday midday
  through Thursday afternoon (4 PM to 4 PM).

10 PM AKDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Water levels rising 4 to 6 feet above the normal high
  tide line.

* WHERE...Yukon Delta Coast.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Tuesday to 10 PM AKDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property
  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels up to 6 feet will likely
  inundate most, if not all of Nunam Iqua. Water will back up in
  the river at Kotlik and flooding will occur around houses in
  low- lying areas. Scammon bay will be impacted as water in the
  Kun River backs up and floods the west end of the runway and
  adjacent low lying areas. Hooper Bay fuel storage may be
  inundated and the road to the airport may be partially
  submerged. Flooding is possible upstream on the Yukon River to
  Mountain Village with significant flooding at Emmonak and
  Alakanuk possible. Water may also back up the Ninglikfak River
  bringing high water to Chevak.

  including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure
  will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels up to 5 feet above the
  normal high tide line may impact the dump and bring water
  towards Gambell on the west side. Significant erosion is
  likely to occur as well.

* WHAT...Water levels rising 5 to 7 feet above the normal high
  tide line.

* WHERE...Bering Strait Coast.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Tuesday to 4 PM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
  isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water in the lagoon at Brevig Mission may
  fill and can surround some buildings. Water may flood Port
  Clarence Road. In Teller, portions of Front Ave may be
  flooded. Tin City post office may flood and water may surround
  the fuel storage tanks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of

7 AM AKDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Water levels rising 4 to 6 feet above the normal high
  tide line in Nome, 6 to 8 feet in Golovin.

* WHERE...Southern Seward Peninsula Coast.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Tuesday to 7 AM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
  isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels up to 6 feet above the
  normal high tide line may put waves over the Nome-Council Road
  between mile 23 and 24. The road may flood or wash it out, but
  usually that happens with higher water levels. The Belmont
  Point Residential area in Nome will begin to flood once water
  levels reach 5 to 6 feet. West Beach of Nome will see coastal
  flooding when the heights reach 6 feet. In Golovin, coastal
  flooding may affect many residences, the school, power plant,
  tank farm, store and clinic. The highest water levels will be
  over the course of several high tides ranging from Wednesday
  morning through Thursday morning. Winds will be from the west-
  southwest throughout the event.

* WHAT...Water levels rising 6 to 10 feet, highest in Koyuk.

* WHERE...Eastern Norton Sound and Nulato Hills.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Tuesday to 7 AM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
  isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Flooding is not anticipated in Koyuk or
  Elim. From Shaktoolik to Stebbins, a south/southwest wind will
  result in 6 to 8 feet of water level rise, mainly Wednesday
  afternoon through Thursday morning. In Shaktoolik, the coastal
  flooding may impact some residences, tank farms and the
  airport, if it gets to 10 feet. In Stebbins, the north side
  near the shore, as well as the Native Store Fuel Tanks may be
  impacted.
