...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM AKDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...The Copper River Basin, mainly along the Richardson and
  Glenn Highways in and near Glennallen.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog is being observed this evening in
  Glennallen and along the Richardson Highway south to around Copper
  Center. Dense fog will likely expand overnight to cover larger
  stretches of the Richardson and Glenn Highways.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced
to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your
headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
