Wind chill values falling to between -10 and -20F by Sunday evening. * WHERE...Matanuska Valley. * WHEN...Until 1 PM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult. Cold temperatures combined with strong winds could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong northeast winds will continue through Monday morning.
