Below freezing temperatures may lead to frost on bridges and roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog has developed across portions of the Matanuska Valley, particularly across the Knik Valley, affecting the Glenn Highway at Knik Bridge. Visibility may be near zero at times. Fog will gradually dissipate this morning as winds increase. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile.
