Dry and warm conditions will continue heading into Friday. A cold
front will sweep through the region on Friday, turning winds to the
northwest, and bringing colder conditions to the listening area. A
low pressure system is expected to move through the central and
northern plains late Friday night through early Sunday morning.
Rain, freezing rain, and snow are all possible precipitation types
with this weekend system.

Low temperatures tonight should fall into the 30s near the border of
the Dakotas, 50s near the South Dakota border with Nebraska, with 40s
sandwiched in between. High temperatures on Friday should warm into
the 50s near the border of the Dakotas, low 70s near the South Dakota
border with Nebraska, with 60s sandwiched in between.
