Smoke will shift northwards as winds come around to the southwest
ahead of a cool front. Hotter air will surge out ahead of the front,
with a limited uptick in humidity, with highs in the 80s across the
northeast to low 90s in central and western South Dakota. Isolated
to scattered coverage of storms will line up along the front this
afternoon and evening, mainly across the northern tier of the state.
Could be some small hail and gusty winds associated with this
convection.

Cooler temperatures will return for Tuesday along with a wind switch
to the northwest. Highs will run from the 80s out west and central
to mid 70s up in the northeast Tuesday.
