A bit of a southerly breeze will create subzero wind chills until
late morning and midday. Temperatures will remain below normal with
highs only reaching the teens across north central and northeast
south dakota and west central minnesota. low to mid 20s will be
possible south and west of the Pierre area. Clear to partly cloudy
skies tonight will allow temps to fall back into the single digits
above and below zero. Clouds increase on tuesday as a disturbance
moves into the region. Light precipitation in the form of snow and a
wintry mix will be possible Tuesday afternoon into tuesday night.
