Even colder arctic air will sink into the region as high pressure
from Canada moves into the region today and Monday. Wind chill
values this morning will range from 25 to 40 below in most areas.
Even colder wind chill temperatures of 30 to 45 below are expected
tonight and Monday morning.

High temperatures today will be in the single digits above zero,
except staying in the single digits below zero over far northeastern
South Dakota and west central Minnesota.

Lows tonight will be 10 to 20 below zero. Highs Monday will be zero
to 10 below. Much below normal.
