Winds shift to the south and southwest today ahead of a cold front that will swing through the Dakotas late this afternoon into the evening. Southerly winds will gust 20 to 35 mph this afternoon. Some of the storms may be strong to severe along and just behind the front. Min RH ranges from 30 to 45 percent today.
