A bit of a steady south to southwest breeze this morning will turn more southwest to westerly this afternoon. Winds will be strongest across the Sisseton Hills area. Temperatures will remain rather chilly for one more day before a bit of a brief warmup is possible on Tuesday. A chance for light snow or a wintry mix will accompany the arrival of that warmer air Tuesday afternoon into early Wednesday. Another shot of colder air moves in around the middle of the week along with breezy conditions.
