Northwest winds will become breezy and gusty by late morning, with gusts in the 25 to 35 mph range. Lowest humidity will be found across central South Dakota, with readings forecast to range from 30 to 35 percent. On Tuesday, surface high pressure will bring light and variable winds in the morning. By afternoon, winds will favor a south to southeast direction across central South Dakota, while for eastern areas they may remain light from the west. Afternoon humidity is forecast to fall to between 25 and 35 percent for most areas.
