* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Brown, Marshall, and Spink Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sub freezing temperatures combined with the
  fog may lead to freezing on car windows, as well as slick spots on
  area sidewalks and roadways.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
