This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota,
central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Gusty winds across the Sisseton Hills area today could lead to some
localized blowing snow and brief reduced visibility. The stronger
breezes will lead to subzero wind chills through midday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

A clipper like system moving through Tuesday into early Wednesday
will bring a round of light snow and a wintry mix. This system will
generate some wind that will produce subzero wind chills on
Wednesday.

Cold temperatures persist early Thursday with readings falling into
the teens below zero and wind chills will be as cold as 25 below
zero in portions of the James Valley and surrounding areas of
northeast South Dakota.
