Scattered thunderstorms will affect portions of northeast east and east-central South Dakota into early this evening. Hail up to quarter size and winds to 60 mph are the main threats with any stronger storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Near-surface smoke will move into the region by Wednesday morning, potentially reducing visibility and creating poor air quality.
