This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for west central Minnesota and
northeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Dense fog will remain possible over much of the area this morning,
with slowly improving conditions during the late morning hours.
Temperatures below freezing will combined with the fog to create
light icing on car windows, as well as slick spots on area sidewalks
and roadways. Visibilities will be down to one quarter mile or less
in dense fog.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

An area of low pressure over the Central Plains Monday is expected to
shift northeast, potentially over eastern South Dakota and Iowa and
exit across Minnesota on Tuesday. This storm system will bring strong
winds out of the northwest Tuesday through Wednesday, cooler air,
and precipitation chances Monday afternoon into Wednesday. There is
significant variability with this storm with precipitation amounts
and temperatures, resulting in low confidence on rain or snow
amounts. Stay up to date on the latest forecast.
