Conditions will be dry through much of the day today. By late
afternoon or early evening, a few thunderstorms may develop that may
have the potential to be strong to severe. Widespread thunderstorm
activity is not expected. Saturday will be dry, but cooler. Minimum
relative humidity values this afternoon will range from 35 to 40
percent west of the Missouri River, to 55 to 60 percent across west
central Minnesota.
