...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT BERNALILLO AND SOUTH CENTRAL
SANDOVAL COUNTIES UNTIL 1045 PM MDT...

At 1024 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles west of Paradise Hills, or 11 miles west of Albuquerque,
moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Northwestern Albuquerque, southwestern Rio Rancho, Paradise Hills,
  and Cabezon.

This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 139 and 154.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
