Flash flooding near and above Las Vegas Friday afternoon and night
has caused the Gallinas River at Colonias to rise above 10.5 feet
early this morning.  The river is expected to crest around 12.5 feet
between 9 AM and 12 PM MDT today, then gradually recede.  Action
stage is 12.0 feet.
