* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Sandia and Manzano Mountains including Edgewood, Southwest
  Mountains, and Lower Rio Grande Valley.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust may reduce visibility below 3
  miles at times in the Lower Rio Grande Valley.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust may reduce visibility below

  Roswell area.
