* WHERE...Espanola Valley and Far Northeast Highlands.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
