.DISCUSSION...
Prevailing westerlies are expected to begin at the fire location
by 12pm today. While chance for wetting precipitation is very low,
scattered virga showers passing near and over the fire location
will threaten erratic and gusty wind shifts this afternoon. Much
of this activity will focus east and south of the fire, but will
send back an influx of higher humidity tonight helping to bring a
good recovery heading into Monday morning. Scattered showers
with a low chance for wetting rain and higher chance for gusty
erratic winds return Monday afternoon. A stronger push of moisture
back west into the Tusas Mts Range occurs Monday night. This will
lead to better recoveries Tuesday morning and a higher chance
for thunderstorms in the area of the fire Tuesday afternoon.
