Southwest wind gusts will peak between 35 and 65 mph this afternoon with very low humidity over central and eastern areas. Light rain and snow showers are also forecast over western and north central areas near the Arizona and Colorado borders today and tonight. Breezy conditions will return to eastern areas Friday, but humidities will climb near and above 16 percent and temperatures will fall near and below 30 year averages. The potential exists for wetting rain and snow across central and western areas Friday, then areawide Friday night and Saturday. Widespread poor ventilation is then forecast for Sunday. Wind and fire weather concerns will ramp back up again along and east of I-25 starting Tuesday. ................................................................
