Monsoon high center over northeast AZ today and Monday is forecast to result in isolated build ups and a few showers and storms each afternoon, especially Monday. A stable and mostly dry backdoor cold front remains on track to move through eastern NM late Monday night through the day Tuesday. Winds will switch to easterly and dewpoint temperatures are not expected to change much behind the frontal boundary during the day Tuesday. Outside of a weak backdoor boundaries moving into northeast NM on Thursday with isolated showers and thunderstorms over the northern mountains, dry conditions with above average temperatures will be the rule through the work week and into next weekend.
