...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON MDT TODAY THROUGH LATE
TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, northeast, northwest,
  and west central New Mexico, including the following areas, in
  central New Mexico, South Central Mountains. In north central New
  Mexico, East Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Far Northwest
  Highlands, Jemez Mountains, Northern Sangre de Cristo Mountains,
  Southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Tusas Mountains Including
  Chama. In northeast New Mexico, Johnson and Bartlett Mesas
  Including Raton Pass. In northwest New Mexico, Chuska Mountains
  and Northwest Plateau. In west central New Mexico, West Central
  Mountains and West Central Plateau.

* WHEN...From noon MDT today through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Torrential rainfall rates in excess of two inches per hour
    will create rapid runoff that can quickly produce flash
    flooding.
