...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH SUNDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...The South Central Mountains, including the Ruidoso area
  burn scars.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Slow-moving storms with heavy rainfall rates up to two inches
    per hour will increase the threat of flash flooding over and
    below the Ruidoso area burn scars, including in Ruidoso. The
    threat of flash flooding will be greatest in the early
    afternoon between 12PM and 2PM MDT.
