The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of north central
New Mexico, including the following area, Jemez Mountains.

Flash flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please
continue to heed any remaining road closures.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM MDT THIS MORNING THROUGH LATE
TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of north central New Mexico, including the
  following area, Jemez Mountains.

* WHEN...From 11 AM MDT this morning through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Torrential rainfall rates in excess of two inches per hour
    will create rapid runoff that can quickly produce flash
    flooding, particularly over recent burn scars.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of central and north
central New Mexico, including the following areas, in central New
Mexico, South Central Mountains. In north central New Mexico, East
Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Far Northwest Highlands, Northern
Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains and
Tusas Mountains Including Chama.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch will expire at 3 AM MDT early this morning.
