...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central New Mexico, including the following
  area, South Central Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Deep moisture is in place, and the atmosphere is forecast to
    turn unstable by the late morning and early afternoon,
    leading to the development of thunderstorms that will be
    capable of producing brief heavy rainfall. This will lead to
    excessive runoff, especially on recent wildfire burn scars in
    Lincoln county.
