In northeast New Mexico, Eastern San Miguel County, Far Northeast Highlands, Harding County and Northeast Highlands. This includes the Hermits Peak-Calf Canyon wildfire burn scar area. * WHEN...From Monday afternoon through late Monday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Atmospheric moisture will increase even more into Monday as a weak frontal boundary moves in from the northeast.
