...DUST STORM WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 5 PM MDT FOR BERNALILLO AND
CENTRAL VALENCIA COUNTIES...

The blowing dust which prompted the warning has weakened. Therefore,
the Dust Storm Warning will be allowed to expire.  However, a strong
east wind will persist below Tijeras Canyon in Albuquerque with
gusts up to 55 mph until at least 6 PM.
