WIND GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 KNOTS...

Southwest winds will increase late this morning, reaching 35 knots
around noon and peaking between 2PM and 5PM. During the period of
strongest winds, blowing dust will create visibility reductions.
Minimum visibility between 3 miles and 5 miles is most likely,
however there is a low chance visibility drops below 3 miles for a
short period. Winds will trend weaker through the evening,
dropping below 35 knots around 8PM.
