Northwest wind gusts will exceed 35 knots beginning around noon
today. Wind gusts should peak near 42 knots with the passage of a
Pacific cold front during mid-to-late afternoon, when the
direction will shift more out of the north. Wind speeds will then
weaken below 35 knots within a couple hours after sunset.
