Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Delaware and Ottawa counties in Oklahoma and Benton county in Arkansas. Movement was to the east at around 10 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one half to three quarters of an inch. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour.
