...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN REPUBLIC...
SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON...NORTHERN CLAY AND CLOUD COUNTIES THROUGH
445 AM CDT...

At 359 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles north of Vining, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down twigs or small limbs and blow
         around objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Concordia, Clyde, Clifton, Linn, Greenleaf, Jamestown, Palmer,
Agenda, Aurora, and Vining.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 AM CDT for
north central Kansas.
