Elevated water levels continue across several area rivers after
heavy rainfall associated with Hurricane Debby, Most rivers are
gradually declining. However, the Withlacoochee River, which is slow
to respond to heavy rainfall, is still forecast to continue slowly
rising over the next few days, with minor flooding possible near
 Trilby this weekend.
