Rain chances are lower today, but scattered storms are still possible
this afternoon and evening. Light and variable winds this morning are
expected to shift out of the west this afternoon as the sea breeze
develops and moves inland. With ample moisture and relative humidity,
there are no significant fire weather concerns.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (40-50 percent). Isolated showers
                    and thunderstorms late in the morning.
                    Scattered showers and thunderstorms in the
                    afternoon.
