.DISCUSSION...A warming trend will continue to spread over the fire area
while maintaining extremely dry conditions. Daytime relative
humidity values will continue to bottom out in the upper-teens
with overnight recoveries only maxing out in the mid-teens to
mid-20 percent range on Saturday. Winds will be terrain driven on
slopes and drainages, with ridges seeing predominantly
northwesterly flow.

Warming continues into Sunday, with temperatures warming by
another 1-3 degrees. Winds are expected to increase out of the
northwest, with ridges expected to gust to around 30 mph during
the afternoon hours. Lower elevation slopes and drainages will see
predominantly northwest winds, but direction may become variable
on protected southerly aspects. Afternoon relative humidity will
remain largely unchanged, with only marginal improvements in
overnight humidity recoveries (increasing by 5-10%).
