...A THUNDERSTORM WITH TORRENTIAL RAINDS WILL IMPACT APPOMATTOX AND
NORTHEASTERN CAMPBELL COUNTIES THROUGH 130 PM EDT...

At 103 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a thunderstorm producing
torrential rains over Spout Spring, or near Concord, moving
northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Rainfall rates of 2 to 4 inches an hour. Wind gusts up to
         30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
