...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 5 PM EDT THIS
AFTERNOON THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN LOWLANDS OF WEST VIRGINIA....

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern and
western West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the
Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Heat Advisory.

There is a marginal risk (level 1/5) for severe weather and
excessive rainfall today and tonight. Strong to severe thunderstorms
are possible this afternoon and evening with a stalled front over
the area. Damaging winds are the main threat with any severe storms.
Heavy rainfall is also possible with some storms, leading to
localized flash flooding, especially for areas that received rain
previously.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
