...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM EDT
FOR NORTHERN MORRIS AND CENTRAL SUSSEX COUNTIES...

At 342 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pellettown, or
7 miles northeast of Newton, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Newton, Franklin, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, Sussex, Branchville,
Pellettown, Highland Lake, and Vernon Valley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
