Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE out 20 nm...
Delaware Bay waters south of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE...

At 444 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Rehoboth Beach,
moving east at 10 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Overfalls Shoal, Rehoboth Beach, and Cape Henlopen.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
