...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 PM
PDT THIS EVENING FOR ABUNDANT LIGHTNING...

.DISCUSSION...A pair of upper level weather systems will produce
a slight chance (15-20%) of thunderstorms capable of producing
abundant lightning, gusty outflow winds, and small hail in the
afternoon and early evening today and Wednesday. Temperatures will
cool tomorrow, with afternoon RHs in the low 20s, but will be in the
mid to upper 20s Thursday. Overnight recovery will be excellent.
Winds will generally be from the northwest during the day, with
breezy winds developing along the ridgetops in the afternoons.

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent). Slight chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
CWR.................0 percent.
Chance of lightning.15 percent.
Max temperature.....84-87.
Min humidity........16-21 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Drainage winds becoming northwest 6 to 13 mph
                    after 11AM. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms late in the
                    afternoon.
