.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions are expected through Wednesday.  Winds
will increase on Monday and become breezy with 10 to 15 mph sustained winds
with gusts as high as 20 mph in the afternoon and evening.  Winds will decrease
back to 10 mph or less Monday night and remain 10 mph or less on Tuesday.

MIN RH values will be around 20 to 25 percent on Monday.  Temperatures will
be slightly lower on Tuesday, and MIN RH values will be a bit higher in about
as high as 28 percent with excellent recovery Monday night.
