Locally breezy winds will develop through the Cascade gaps and central OR today, with mostly light winds prevailing through Tuesday. Elevated fire weather conditions may develop as an unstable airmass develops late Tuesday into Wednesday, and breezy winds redevelop through the Cascade gaps and the Columbia Basin Wednesday.
